Step 1
Get to know you and learn about your goals.

The first step of any home remodeling project at Seattle Style Remodel is getting to know each other better over the phone or via email. During our initial conversation, we will ask a few simple questions about your project and set an appointment to meet on-site for a walk-through and evaluation with one of our estimators and architects. We want to hear as much about your remodeling project as possible, including your goals, time frame, budget, and the materials and finishes you would like to use. Our commitment to excellence means we’ll work closely with you throughout your renovation to ensure your project turns out exactly as you imagine.

Step 2
Create an estimate tailored to your project.

We want your home remodeling project to be perfect for you. After our initial walk-through and evaluation, Seattle Style Remodel will create a rough estimate so that you can begin refining your budget and project goals. Our team will outline the process step-by-step and help you select quality products that fit within your budget.

Step 3
Provide a customized plan that is as unique as you are.

After reviewing our preliminary quote and plans, you are encouraged to share your final budget and project vision with Seattle Style Remodel. Then, we will refine our estimate to meet your needs to help you create the perfect space for you and your family. Seattle Style Remodel knows that when it comes to making your home your own, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. So we offer a complete Design-Build service to provide a customized project plan that fulfills your home remodeling goals.

Step 4
Breathe new life into your home.

Once you are happy with our final proposal, Seattle Style Remodel will begin a detailed plan and schedule for the renovation. We will manage all aspects of your project, from architecture and engineering to designing and building. Our goal is to exceed your expectations of customer service, product quality, workmanship, and communication. We will collaborate throughout the project to meet your goals, time frame, and budget and assist you in making final product selections, ultimately creating the home of your dreams.
