When the decision to downsize led this couple to purchase a house in Hunts Point, WA, they knew it needed some work to truly become their dream home. With a focus on creating a beautiful and low-maintenance living space that showcased their unique style, our team of skilled real estate experts embarked on an exciting remodel. The couple expressed a desire for a large open kitchen. Fueled by this vision, SSR immediately began to build a dream kitchen. This space quickly became the highlight of the renovation and featured a large tailor made island with to contrast the rest of the bright, airy room.
In addition, the beautiful gas range cooktop—complete with stainless steel hood—created an instant focal point and blended seamlessly with the high-end white cabinetry.
The open space concept flows from the kitchen right into the living room, where SSR updated the fireplace to showcase the height of the newly raised roof.

The dramatic floor-to-ceiling fire feature constructed of dark tile draws the eye in and sets the tone for the rest of the room. Hand-crafted shelving highlights the room and makes it unique while providing maximum space to display personal effects.
Seattle Style Remodel gave the primary bathroom a luxurious upgrade that included a skylight in the shower allowing natural light to brighten the room. In addition, we added custom, neutral tiling throughout the space to invoke a relaxing atmosphere. To complete the bathroom, we installed elegant hardware and a rainfall showerhead.
